Steps to Advertising Online

Steps to Advertising Online

When looking into advertising your business online, there are a few steps that will make that process much easier than people typically tend to make it. Be prepared to do research on different promotion options, text different vendors and publishers to find the right fit for you, and seek the help of experienced marketers to help guide you as seamlessly as possible through this process. You will find many options for such marketing strategies, and it can be overwhelming without a solid plan to tackle it. The following steps will help you to advertise online comfortably, while getting the results you are looking for.

Step #1:

Use care in choosing your marketing method. There are several solid and sure fire ways to promote your business online, and your biggest challenge is to pick a set of options that reflect the way you want to give your business exposure. Consider what kinds of formats you want to use; ezine advertising, contextual or banner. You can also use blogs, joint ventures, link building and many other promotions.

Step #2:

Choose a vendor for your promotion budget. What websites will you choose to show your banners? These websites should reflect your ideas and compliment your product or service. Determine who will provide the best results if your advertising requires cost-per-click promotions.

Step #3:

Test these methods careful, which you have chosen and make changes based on your results. Promoting your products and services online will require you to spend some money to test the avenue you have chosen, so be prepared to have a budget just for testing. Modify the options you have picked by removing or adding other advertising options based on who provides the best results that are closest to your goals. Add more money to the options that are working for you, and before you know it you will create the perfect mix of promotional options.

Step #4:

Keep track of conversion rates in the options you chose. Conversion is the amount of visitors that turned into actual sales from the ads that you are paying for. Your ultimate goal may be to increase the sales for your business, so tracking conversion rates will allow you to track your profits and determine if this mode of advertising is helping you to reach your goals. If an analysis of your conversions is telling you that your promotional dollars are being spent well, then you deserve kudos.

First Steps to Building an Internet Empire – Autoresponders Bring Passive Income For Years to Come

First Steps to Building an Internet Empire – Autoresponders Bring Passive Income For Years to Come

Setting up your autoresponder sequence may be the best long-term strategy you can have for your online business. When you are just getting started with your Internet business, you will probably think of your autoresponders as simply a way to get information out to those who join your list or purchase a product from you.

Over time, as you become more proficient as an entrepreneur, you will see the benefits of turning this into a marketing strategy to bring you both passive and residual income for years to come.

I had heard several marketers tell me they had messages set up to go out for up to a year. At the time this seemed like an impossible feat, so I set up messages to go out periodically for about 30 days. This was doable, and I was able to add more over time.

Now I see that you must have the vision to plan over a longer period of time in order to monetize this while also helping those who have signed up to be on your list.

Think about why someone has joined your list to begin with. If they have joined to learn how to start making money on the Internet, you may be giving them tips on how to do this. For the first ten days, give them one tip each day. During this time you can promote an affiliate product or a product of your own, but only do this once or twice during this initial period.

After the ten days have passed, start contacting them once each week. Remember that this is all being set up in your autoresponder system, so you will only need to write these emails once.

When someone has been on your list for thirty days and received about a dozen messages from you, they are most likely interested in your topic and more open to what you are recommending for them to do. At this point I suggest promoting to them in every other message.

You must keep these offers reasonable in cost, and they must be appropriate for the topic you are teaching. In other words, do not tell them about something that is not directly related to the reason they signed up with you in the first place.

Take a look at the broadcast messages you are sending. If there are good resources and evergreen offers there, add them to your autoresponder sequence to increase the number of messages you will have going out.

Another strategy is to reset your list to go back to day 30 after about six months have passed. It is highly unlikely that someone will remember that they received that exact email six months earlier, as long as you stay focused on just the information you are providing to them.

Setting up your autoresponders correctly will be profitable over time.

Remember that the reason to start an Internet business is to give you the time and money to live the life you choose. 5 Steps on How to Make Money Online?

5 Steps on How to Make Money Online?

This is the question so many people ask themselves every day and are given so many different answers and then end up totally confused. The first thing you must know is that there is no such thing as a get rich quick system where you go online and press a button and the money falls into your PayPal account.

To make money online and have a full time income, the internet is no different than any high street business. First you need people that are looking to buy a product or service, then it is your job to supply them whatever they want..

Here is a simple step by step plan that works and by the way say you will have to work.
#1 Find out what people are buying. This is very simple to do, if you go to Amazon or eBay, they will tell you there best selling products.
#2 Go to ClickBank and sign up for an account and become an affiliate and promote the Products people are looking for.
#3 Set up a free Squidoo page or blog about that product, all the pros and cons and be honest about it.
#4 Go to your Facebook or MySpace pages and talk to people and tell them where to find the products, eg your Squidoo page.
#5 Right an article about the product like this one you are reading now somewhere about 300/400 words, the post it to the article directors with a link back to your Squidoo page.

To find the best article directors do a search on Google and it will show you the top 10. That will be good to start with.

The most important part of all these steps is to sell what people are willing to buy and spend There hard earned cash with you , the biggest mistake I see online marketers make is they Sell what they want to sell and that’s why so many fail, business is not about you it’s about the people, that have the money in their hand.

Here a phrase heard the other day and it sums it up. “Don’t try and market something you think you can sell. Sell something you know you can market.” So in a nut shell sell what’s selling its much easier good luck.

How to Make Money With ClickBank and MiniSites in 4 Easy Steps

How to Make Money With ClickBank and MiniSites in 4 Easy Steps

Marketing ClickBank or any other digital product is actually straight forward and fairly easy. Many people, especially the so called guru’s, want you to think there is some detailed, secretive plan that you must follow in order to succeed. They tell you this because they want you to follow their plan…..which of course you must pay for.

Folks, stop wasting your money! Listed below is everything you need to know to start your own Internet Marketing career and it will cost you next to nothing to get started and you can be up and running literally the first day

Now before we jump in head first let me warn you that there may be a small learning curve for some of you. You should be able to write between 450 and 1,000 words on any given topic and you should know….or know someone….that can do some light HTML (web design) work. For some people there is a slight struggle but believe me when I tell you that it gets a lot easier the more you do it and within no time you will be able to hang with the Internet Guru’s.

OK, so let’s get started….

Step 1: Find or pick a hot topic or trend – This step is actually a catch 22 for those just starting out. Let me explain…..researching and picking hot topics is pretty easy however, you and everyone else is trying to cash in on any given hot topic. This makes it more difficult to get noticed and drive traffic to your site. On the other hand you don’t want to spend too much time on topics no one is interested in.

My recommendation is do a little research and find a topic that interests you. Something you enjoy or feel passionate about will make it a lot easier to write about. You can find hot topics and trends at several places including Google Trends and on eBay.

If I can make one really big, really important point…..if you do nothing else make sure you do this…..put yourself in the position as the potential buyer. You have to think like the customer. In fact, think about when you are in the market for something.  You have a need or a problem that needs fixed and you are looking for a solution.  Your goal is to provide people with a solution to their problems…..do this and you will make good money.

Step 2: OK, so we have our topic. The next step is to pick a product you are going to offer to people as a solution to their problem. Head on over to clickbank.com and search for a digital product that accomplishes this.  For example, maybe you want to provide a solution to golfers that will help them stop slicing. Or maybe you are going to offer a report on the best car auctions across the country.

Note: If you don’t have a clickbank account it is free to sign up for one and only take a few minutes to get going.

Step 3: Good – so now we have a topic and we located a solution for that topic. Now we need to start promoting our solution…..this is where the fun comes in and where you need to get your creative writing going.  Here’s what you want to do

Head over to squidoo.com and build a “Lens” that discussed the topic and provides your solution. If you have never built a Lens before don’t worry it may seem overwhelming at first but it is actually quite simple and is nothing more than several paragraphs you put together. Make your Lens as informative as possible and of course make sure you provide a link to the clickbank product as a solution. Take your time building your Lens. You can save the Lens without publishing it and come back to it later. If it takes you a day or two that is fine, you want to make sure you provide the proper information.
After your Lens is built and published you should now write a few articles roughly 350 to 450 words in length about the topic and of course the solution. The best article directory is ezinearticles.com but you can also use goarticles.com and a few others. Make sure you understand the rules of each article directory. Some allow you to place links in the body of the article while other do not.  When you do reference your solution (i.e. the clickbank product) make sure you point people back to your Lens and not directly to the clickbank product. This way you have several articles pointing to your one Lens.
Step 4: OK, things are starting to take off and you have a few sales. Up to now we haven’t spent a dime! How sweet is that! But in order to progress you need to take it to the next step – a MiniSite.

A MiniSite or single-serving website is nothing more than a 1-page website. They are meant to be informative and provide potential customers with a solution to their problem right on the main page…..no need for your customer to wade through several pages to get to an order button. Everything is right there on the main page.

As simple as they are a MiniSite and associated eCover can be very difficult to make. The reason being is because they tend to be highly graphic in nature and they are designed to grab the visitor’s attention. Some of the best MiniSite and eCovers can be found at http://www.MiniSiteandeCovers.com Best of all they also have the best pricing on the Internet. You can purchase one of their As-Is sites for just and a full-blown custom site will only cost you .
